Alright, the name’s Petey Bluntz for a reason, its my favorite way to smoke. I love blunts, I breathe blunts, I dream of blunts, I roll blunts, I SMOKE BLUNTS. Maybe because it was the first thing I ever hit, maybe because of the way it burns, or the way it hits….oh yeah, that is why. Now with years of experience smoking blunts, I have decided to share my vast knowledge of blunt cigars, cigarillos, cones, and blunt wraps. And believe me, I have smoked them all!
Okay, before I start my list, I want to tell you my favorite type of “blunt” is a “blunt wrap” made by Zig Zag. I do not enjoy smoking blunt cigars, cigarillos, or cones anymore do to personal preference. No matter, I will cover all of these those in this review. First section I will cover Blunt Cigars and Cigarillos, fairly.
Blunt Cigars and Blunt Cigarillo Reviews – You remove the tobacco yourself with these
Blunt Wrap Review #1 Dutch Masters Blunt – Cigars and Cigarillos
Dutch Masters are almost like a much needed “part” of blunt smoking. Every person who has smoked a lot of blunts has definitely smoked at least one Dutch Master. A lot of music inspired this, ranging from Reggae and Hip Hop. I know you heard the song “Pass the Dutchie to the left hand side”. The green leaf Blunts are great for loading a lot because they are longer than most blunts. They burn slow, and if your lookin’ for that “sit back and enjoy” type of smoke, these are perfect. Dutch Masters come in over 32 variations (Blunt Cigars, Cigarillos, Leaf Cigars, etc.) which can accommodate any Blunt smoker’s preference. There are a lot of different ways of rolling these, you can de-leaf them, take the glue strip out, split it down the middle. Re-wrapping the leaf is probably the best way to smoke due to slow-burning. You can find these at most commercial gas stations, they have combo packs of these as well. My favorite of the Blunt Cigars section.
Blunt Wrap Review #2 – Phillies Blunt – Both Cigars and Cigarillos
Like Dutch Masters, Phillies come in all shapes and sizes. They have Phillies Phatz (big cigarillos), Phillies Titans (which are like normal dutch masters), Cigarillos, and of course, Blunt Cigar. One thing I always loved about Phillies is that they have a lot of different flavors, and you can actually taste it. Phillies cigars as a whole “stick” great when you lick them. I have never had a problem with Phillies coming undone. The stickiest blunt I’ve smoked from Phillies is the Chocolate flavor. The Chocolate smells amazing and the paper sticks like glue. Now, what I do not like about their Blunt Cigar is that it has “caner paper” that you have to remove, which cuts the blunt down about an inch, resulting in a quicker smoke. 3 for 2 combo packs are available as well. Overall Phillies reign supreme in the flavoring category.
Blunt Wrap Review #3 – Swisher Sweet Blunt – Both Cigars and Cigarillos
Swisher Sweets are the most popular Cigarillo. Almost every rapper now a days talks about them in their lyrics, most notorious flavor being Grape. Now before I say anything about Swisher Sweets, know that I have smoked over 250 Swishers EASILY. I do not like Swisher Sweets, there I said it. IT TAKES SO MUCH SPIT FOR THEM TO STICK! ITS LIKE YOU’RE SMOKING SPIT. Now don’t try to hit me with some “oh where I buy them, they stick” type shit. I’ve purchased and smoked Swishers in Colorado, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, and guess what? THEY ALL DON’T STICK. Maybe just those states have crappy Swishers? I don’t know. Anyways, they have tons of flavors and are great for conserving herb. Other than the sticking problem, they are OK.
Blunt Wrap Review #4 – White Owl Blunts – Both Cigars and Cigarillos
Hard to find singles of these. I would imagine them being the least popular of the four Blunt Cigar companies I’m covering because I have smoked the least of these. My best friend from back home always purchases them and swears that they are the best Blunt. I don’t know why people don’t smoke these more, maybe its a regional thing? Reguardless, they smoke slow (good thing), stick great, great flavors, many sizes, and always fresh! To be honest, I can’t really tell the difference between White Owls and Phillies. Same quality to me. Which is GREAT quality.
